Lily Kelly-Radford

Lily Kelly-Radford, Ph.D., is a leadership development consultant and an executive coach to clients worldwide. In these roles, Dr. Kelly-Radford designs, customizes, and delivers leadership work globally. She enjoys working with clients from all industry sectors and the complex challenges they face including decision making, leveraging EQ, driving performance, managing difficult conversations, enhancing team dynamics, and inclusion.

She has managed large corporate clients for leading business schools and teaches leadership courses for UNC Executive Development, Duke Corporate Education and HEC Paris. For the last 5 years, Dr. Kelly-Radford has spent more than 25 weeks a year teaching in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She has also been responsible for the development and identification of coaches to deliver services in these regions.

Dr. Kelly-Radford is a principal of the Executive Development Group, an international leadership development, coaching, and consulting organization. in Greensboro, NC. Her focus has been on global corporations mostly in energy, financial services, private equity real estate, and medicine.

Lily is also President of LEAP Leadership, Inc., a niche leadership firm for television and sports. Previously, Dr. Kelly-Radford served as executive vice president of global markets at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she led worldwide delivery of executive education in North America, Europe and Asia. Dr. Kelly-Radford’s assignments in the US and abroad have covered program delivery, faculty management, and sales and marketing. She was also chief psychologist for 450 worldwide feedback and coaching specialist. Additionally, she was responsible for the startup of the CCL location in Asia, the turnaround in Europe and new strategies for business. Lily previously served as Director of the Center’s flagship open-enrollment program, the Leadership Development Program (LDP)®.

Before joining the Center in 1990, Dr. Kelly-Radford maintained a private practice and consulted with organizations. She has also served as an assistant attending psychologist with Harvard Medical School, as a tenured associate professor of psychology at Howard University, and as an employee of the Central Intelligence Community.
Dr. Kelly-Radford holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and is published in academic, psychological, and business publications.

Outside of Lily’s academic work, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 35 years, spending time with her 3 adult children, the performing arts, assisting young adults who have limited academic guidance, and the study of fashion.
