re:Route™ and re:Mind™

We offer our proprietary innovation diagnostics as the first step in developing the mindset, culture and capabilities of an innovation organization.

The diagnostic re:Route™ is a rigorous, deep-dive assessment of an organization’s willingness and ability to culturally transform and continuously innovate. Working with senior leaders and a cross section of the rest of the organization we measure the key elements that are essential for creating and leading an innovative organization.

We also offer a diagnostic for individuals,  re:Mind™, which is an integrated package of two assessments that measure a leader’s ability to nourish agility and lead innovation.   More details here.

Re:Route Deliverables:

  • Using the survey results and individual interviews we prepare a comprehensive written report that includes an in-depth analysis of the data collected, including a dashboard of organization culture and capabilities, an inventory of key barriers to innovation and facilitators of innovation, and implications for action.
  • Read-out of the survey results with the CEO/senior leader and provide a framework & common language for what it takes to build an organization able to continuously innovate. Discussion about how to conduct step 2.

The second step is to conduct a one-day facilitated discussion of action planning based on the survey results. Read-out of the survey results with the CEO/senior leader & extended leadership team and provide a framework and common language for what it takes to build an organization able to continuously innovate. Explore how current leadership mindset aligns with innovation needs.  Determine where the organization is relative where it wants to be.  Develop a roadmap for organizational transformation including changes in leadership mindset, culture and capabilities.

The third step involves taking the roadmap and determining what steps are needed to implement the changes necessary to build an innovative organization.  Typical action steps include team and individual coaching related to the areas identified in the survey that need strengthening, and areas that can be leveraged.  In some cases, innovation coaching on an urgent business issue is undertaken within the context of real work settings, including team meetings or in the design of an innovation engine.

CEO Pulse Check

The CEO Pulse Check is a high-level snapshot of an organization’s culture and capabilities to continuously innovate and culturally transform. It will be administered to CEOs/C-Suite Executives and up to seventy-five of your organizations most senior leaders who will participate in the survey.

 

Deliverables:

  • Automated survey results, including a high-level dashboard of organization culture and capabilities, an inventory of key barriers to innovationandfacilitators of innovation, implications for action and an executive level written report.
  • A two-hour discussion with the CEO or Senior Executive, which provides a framework and common language for what it takes to build an organization able to continuously innovate. Will also discuss next steps about options to consider improving the organizations willingness and ability to innovate.
