Riddhish serves as the Head of Digital at Paradox Strategies.
He brings nearly 20 years of experience as a Digital Leader, Usability Engineer, eCommerce Manager and Direct to Consumer marketer. Riddhish is an entrepreneurial digital & marketing native who has built a career around innovation, execution and evangelization. He has a track record of driving growth in revenue specific roles through e-commerce platforms and direct to consumer businesses. He has driven transformational digital programs in the Financial Services sector with a focus on user-centric design and data-driven decisioning driving conversion and adoption.
Riddhish held numerous Senior Digital and direct-to-consumer global roles at AIG. His most recent role was SVP & Global Head of Digital Experience. Notably, he started the eCommerce practice at AIG Direct in 2009 and was part of the Customer Experience Office at AIG Global Consumer in 2015. At AIG Direct, Riddhish was responsible for building the eCommerce platform. In this capacity, he managed all aspects of the digital platform including strategy, marketing strategy, lead generation, website design, social leverage of call center agents to drive sales and building the omni-channel technology to improve operational performance of the sales call center. He then led marketing where he built the digital playbook for direct-to-consumer at AIG’s $2 billion Property & Casual business.
Prior to AIG, Riddhish spent 6 years with Mphasis leading their User-Experience practice in the US.
Riddhish serves as an advisor for OfficeTroops, a startup in HR Tech and a Digital Acquisition Platform based in California and India.
He has an MBA from The S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is an Engineering graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune University, formerly University of Pune and University of Poona, in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
