Jimmy Hagan is a consultant at Paradox Strategies.
Jimmy began his career in social media for the New York-based women’s fashion brand, Nanette Lepore. Later, as VP of Strategy, he helped the company enter international markets and find financial partners. His additional responsibilities included leading brand strategy, launching social media and digital marketing campaigns, replatforming eCommerce, and art directing photo shoots and runway shows.
Based in Bangkok for two years, Jimmy worked as a consultant for a variety of international companies; helping a bicycle brand enter the Korean market and a legendary Thai fashion house reposition their corporate vision. He lectured as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York and Accademia Italiana in Bangkok. Back in New York, he consulted with Fortune 500 companies as a Customer Experience Designer at the advertising agency Havas. He delivered talks on emerging media and design thinking at the Hong Kong Innovation Design and Technology Conference and the Yale School of Management Design Observer Conference. He is currently a Teaching Associate at Parsons School of Design and a Research Fellow at the Center for Transformative Media.
Jimmy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English from Oberlin College. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
