Gavin Fenn-Smith is a senior consultant at Paradox Strategies. He has worked for many years as a leadership and organization development expert in both consulting and corporate roles. He worked at Mercer Delta (now Oliver Wyman) in London and Equinox in New York City. He has worked for large and small companies, nonprofits and family businesses in many countries around the world, including most recently in India, the UK, the US, the Netherlands, and the UAE.
In addition to Paradox, Gavin works as a leadership consultant with CEOs and senior executives on individual, team and organization development issues. He is the co-founder of Saroga Nonprofit Leadership Forum, where he co-created a leadership model and other developmental tools that are specific to the unique context of the nonprofit sector.
Gavin has researched and written about leadership for many years. Recent pieces include: Expect the Unexpected: The Experiences of First Time CEOs; Multiply Yourself: The Leadership Journey of Founder/CEOs; Sexual Misconduct: A Failure of Leadership. Gavin earned his B.A. in Politics at the University of East Anglia, and his MBA at the University of Warwick Business School.
