Kristina DiStasio

Kristina is a senior consultant at Paradox Strategies.

For the past twenty years, Kristina’s work has focused on strategic leadership development, executive team development, executive coaching, organizational culture change, and business transformation. Previously holding leadership positions in talent management and executive development at American Express, DoubleClick, and Korn/Ferry as well as consulting roles at Nevins Consulting and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Kristina has spent her career helping leaders to unpack tough issues and find a successful path through.

As both an internal human resources specialist and a consultant, she has a track record of helping organizations to drive effectiveness and consistency in HR and talent processes across decentralized units, and identifying and delivering more integrated corporate talent strategy. She has designed and implemented many talent initiatives, including: workforce planning and preparation for CEO-led Board reviews of talent, succession planning, executive assessment, coaching, employee engagement, management and development of an organization’s high potential and pivotal roles talent cohorts, and instituting a talent database and associated metrics in support of diversity, learning and development, and global talent management initiatives.

Much of Kristina’s work involves customized training and interventions. She works with organizations to design and facilitate programs focused on building competencies and processes identified as important for their leaders. Her trademark style is rooted in experiential learning to create insights to help leaders transform cultures, engage employees, and deliver exceptional business results.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
